Monday morning CSA rant

Apologises for the rant - but I got out of bed grumpy and want to off-load this CSA rant before it bugs me all day...

I have a case tribunal coming up and was going through the figures yesterday with my girlfriend...

In short after paying our monthly bills (and we don't live like the beckhams) we are left with £17 for the month free cash for 2 adults and 1 child. Plus next month she starts £10 per month adding to a works pension - so we''l be left with £7...

£17 for clothes, leisure, holidays, christmas/birthdays, childcare, emergencies and the rest... I admit that I haven't included child benefit and child tax allowance...

I pay £64.11 (plus £9.99 arrears) a week or £342 per month to the CSA which my son doesn't see as his mother is claiming benefits (but that's a whole other story...)

Ohhhhh - I've had enough of this now :rolleyes: I've edited this so often I forgot what I was going to rant on about...

I would show your calculations when you go to the tribunal and it might help your case, sucks dont it especially when the child doesnt even see the money
