As the title says i am a total shopaholic i will buy anything, i have to spend money.
I have started looking at what i spend my money on and its ridiculous, i buy clothes food more clothes house things. I have so many things with labels on its untrue.
I haven't got too much debt only 2k but i have no savings nothing to fall back on if anything went wrong so i need to curb my habit and get some money saved just for silly things like tyres and mot's etc.

Hi Wilf,
Are there any things with receipts/labels on that you might be able to take back to get refunds?
To build up a buffer, a store cupboards challenge is always good too. The Old Style board is good for that.
Only other advice really is not to go shopping without a shopping list, and stick to it.
Lots of people find spending diaries good for spotting where the money is going.
Anyway, good luck with the NSD0 -
Good luck.
