This was great I didnt even request the catalogue (but have bought from them alot with new baby on way so think they sent it automatically) and used it with a £10 of £20 spend voucher that we got for buying in store in October (spend in Oct get voucher for Nov) so got £15 off - was well pleased.

I received my catalogue a couple of weeks ago and it was a nice surprise to find the free £5.00 giftcard.

However, when I went to purchase something from my local Mamas and Papas store the card had not been activated. As it was a Saturday the sales assistant was unable to call Customer Services to activate it for me. I had to wait until the following Monday to call Customer Services to arrange for it to be activated before I could use it.

I think I read that the card only lasts about a month or so, so you better get in quick before it is too late.
