Its a really good booklet is the bread one, i made a loaf out of it today (one of the recipes) and it turned out really nice, normally my bread comes out a bit brick like, and quite solid! but this is lovely and soft, i made the recipe which is supposed to make small rolls but i kept it as a whole loaf rolled if out a bit and put some chargrilled peppers in and some mozarella cheese rolled it up, let it rise then cooked it, its absoloutely lush! the peppers and cheese were my own creating not in the recipe book

Same booklet just offering it again why are you being in denial mood.Members will expect to get a different booklet which is not the case.
