Lloyds Loan
Sorry i am new to this forum and this question may have already been asked so please forgive me if this a repeat...
I have a personal loan in my name which wa sold to me through Lloyds TSB. I was going through some difficult times with my husband he went to the bank to see about a loan, they informed him that were unable to give him a loan due to his credit score, they then said to him that the loan could be put into my name as my score was better but at the time i was not in employment, can the bank be able to sell a loan to me withithout a job????

Yes - there is no law against it, though it would be an unusual thing for them to do.I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.0 -
great they can sell it to me with a good credit score and no income in my name to cover it, but my husband who has an income but not a good score is declined. Now if i go to them and ask to raise the overdraft they decline that to because of his credit score!!0

You don't HAVE to take a loan if it is offered.0
