I've just had a little play around and added a Grapefruit body scrub and body butter (200ml) both in the 2 for £15 offer and also on the Stocking Filler page. I also added a full size Strawberry Puree body lotion and the small Cocoa Butter Cream Wash as its the smaller sizes that qualify for the fourth free offer, but it is not showing up as free in my basket?

Hi-posted a thread on this offer a few days ago-and I got exactly the same problem ! It doesn't seem to recognise more than 1 free item:eek:

I just spoke to the Body Shop as I wanted to enquire about the newsletter (I have emails from BS going to an addy not registered with them) and asked about the Buy 3 Get Fourth free offer on Stocking Fillers and she said all 4 items added had to be of the smaller sizes. I re-read the T&C's and it is stated there too (I'd read it as the free item had to be the smaller one) http://www.thebodyshop.co.uk/_en/_gb/services/terms_promos.aspx

Thanks Cath ! I am sure ALL mine were the small ones coz I even tried doing 4 of the same small bottles and it still didn't do it. I will have another look later when I am back in-(out the door in a minute) so thankyou:)

Does anyone know who the body shop use for deliveries, i ordered last tuesday, dispatched on wednesday but still no sign of it , thanks.
