Looking for new BTL mortgage

I am looking for new BTL mortgage for house I own outright (over 6months) and doing it up to let out next month

looking for sub 4% fixed 2/3/4years
but must have low fee sub £500 if poss max £1000

LTV 60/65%
no credit problems and good income

I was looking at Coventry BS but they just changed today not so good

any ideas

You will be better off looking at a Let to Buy mortgage then.
Cheaper rates and fees.

Low fee and low rate no way of getting both in the same product I would say.

Maybe pocket the profit from having done the renovation rather than let.

Already found some good deals sub £1000 was just asking for advice if any deals I missed or new on the market, I thought thats what this forum was all about trying to save money and helping people
