    Whatever happened to those....?

Ironically, since they are rather rare, they are generally worth more than face value these days.

Logged back a day on, the theorists are about and posting elsewhere but haven't picked up on this thread yet and I don't understand why. Thought I'd give it a bump

    Mystery solved?
Jon Hendry reckons — and I’m inclined to agree — that Foundation X is the Office of International Treasury Control. Certainly this sounds very similar:

Though not generally or publicly known, OITC is the largest International Institution of its kind. It is the largest single owner of gold and platinum bullion in the World, in addition to being a major owner of Bank Debenture Securities, International Treasuries, Cash and other forms of securities…

Original assets in the form of gold have been wisely and well utilized to create wealth that creates further wealth…

It should be noted that only a few persons in each country of the world are eligible to be able to verify, or undertake a verification, re: the position of Dr. Ray C. Dam (International Treasury Controller) and the Office of International Treasury Control. Such persons are limited to Kings, Queens, Presidents, Prime Ministers, with Ministers of Finance and Ministers of Foreign Affairs subject to security status and special conditions / dispensation.

Any sensible person would recognize OITC as a scam after spending about two seconds on its website. Which says to me that David James is, sadly, no longer a sensible person. He’s had a long and noble and storied career; someone should let him retire with dignity at this point.

Well, they've been trying to buy up a few British institutions.

Very hard to believe this is real, despite the credibility of the speaker.

Not many organisations have huge reserves of gold bullion and want to invest in the UK economy. Perhaps it's an organisation backed by royalty of a Middle Eastern oil exporter? Those families are very secretive, they are supposed to have large stocks of gold bullion (they don't want to convert their countries' natural wealth solely into paper), and they have a track record of investing very large sums of money into Western countries.

I find it very easy to believe that there are organisations out there with that amount of money.... all the money has to be somewhere? well more to the point all the gold has to be somewhere.

Also I'd imagine if the developed countries such as the UK did have a total economic collapse then the global industrialists would have a lot to lose, so this kind of action would be in there best interests.

It always amazed me how naive people are when it comes to considering conspiracies.
