HI all I wonder if you could answer me a question?
I'm in the process of buying a house under builders shared equity and am going through a broker with Nationwide...It's a paper application unfortunately due to the shared equity.
The application was submitted Monday, but being in Scotland I only have 2 weeks to conclude missives, which is obviously pretty tight.
If all goes well, how long do you expect it to take, should I ask the builder for longer?

It took exactly 2 weeks for us from application to offer. That was an online application however.0
