They would just cancel your order and refund as it was a glitch, they cannot charge you more than you authorised.

On a brighter note, my order from yesterday has been despatched, I'm really happy :j

And if my alcohol order isn't cancelled today then it will work out cheaper than my order yeserday which was cancelled and home delivered too.

just got these too! I LOVE THEM!!! mmmm. order email received straight away, I'm still waiting for my confirmation from my alcohol treats order... paypal and quidco have confirmed, but BHS haven't!

Dh bought me the same box from Woolworths a few years ago, they cost £20. It really is a giant box, lol

I placed an order for the remote control car, used the £5 off code and paid £7.00 by paypal. I have not received a confirmation email and its not listed in my account under orders with BHS:mad: but the £7.00 has came off my paypal account. What do I do, phone them? dont want to risk having the order cancelled but want to know if they have got my order.

It takes ages for the order to appear in your account - they say half an hour - but it can be longer - and sometimes the orders never show up! Last week, I placed five orders, all 5 arrived, but there are still only 4 of them listed in my account history!
