Amaretto ideas?

Hiya all,
I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for any recipes or for something I can do with two bottles of amoretto? I would normally drink the stuff but the OH was given these as birthday presents and they dont taste like the amoretto we normally have (They are bella veroni or something!). I am in to making flavoured vodkas at the minute, so could I use that idea? If so, any ideas what I can put in it?

Use it to soak sponge cake or biscuits in a trifle!Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0

Do you like bread and butter pudding? If so, put a dash of amaretto in the custard, and then when it comes out of the oven just sprinkle a shot or so of amaretto over it. It's absolutely lovely without being overpowering.0
