Experian Credit report query
I recently received a copy of my credit report from Experian.
It is currently showing that I have two identical accounts with O2 and 2 identical loans with the Halifax.
Both of these have identical details, and since I have never applied for more than one of these would guess they are the same account appearing twice.
Is this right?
And if not can I get it amended and how?
Any help would be lovely a little bit confused.

Sounds to me like the address where these records is held may have been searched twice to produce the report you are looking at, hence the duplication. This sometimes happens with complicated addresses. If you contact our member centre (0844 481 0800) we can check this out for you.

That sounds about right as the address always seems hard to find when plying for insurance or credit checks.
Will ring and double check though.
