Transfer of equity!! Please help!!!

Cut a long story short - I have a joint mortgage with a ex partner, he walked out last October leaving me with a lot of dept (joint loans) which he hasn’t paid for, I have struggled with the advise off CCCS and paid as much as I could afford to the creditors. I have missed 1 mortgage payment, and have been keeping up with regular payments and paying extra every month to clear the missed payment. I have been referred to dept agencies for my joint loans as I have not been paying the full amount, I have set up a arrangement with them which is fine. BUT the problem I have now is my ex, he moved out and not contributed to the mortgage or the joint loans, I have tried to sell the house but its in negative equity, my mortgage is £104,500 and the house value is now £95,000. I have been back and forth to the solicitors for over a year now and not gotten anywhere. Applied for a mortgage on my own but at the time not earning enough. I have asked him to sign the deeds over, after all he's not paying for nothing but he refuses until his name is off the mortgage. I received a snooty letter from his solicitor now stating if I cannot get the mortgage in my sole name then my ex wants the property sold, but the property has no equity!? I have now got 3 jobs to try and make my financial situation better, and have arranged another appointment with Nationwide to see if I can transfer the equity into my sole name, my questions are -

What happens if he forces a sale? There's negative equity, will I still be left paying for a mortgage on a house that I haven't got? Because I know he wont pay towards it? what can I do?

My wage including all my three jobs a year now before tax is £25,444.49 (my basic salary is £15,241.05 my overtime on a Saturday is £5523.44 and my evening job is £4680) Is there any point me trying to get the mortgage on my own, because of my poor credit rating?

Last resort, if theres nothing I can do - do I just walk away and go bankrupt?

Any advise would be much appreciated!

Thanx
