can you claim for unpaid direct debits standing orders e.t.c or is it just for going overdrawn?

    Yes you can claim them back.

    You can't claim any fees you pay for having a certain type of account like an (dis) advantage gold, but you can claim fees for going overdrawn, fees for unpaid direct debits/standing orders! :)
