Hi Everyone - Just joined last month. How many a day on average does the comper usually enter ? (I only postcard and www) How many wins do people get ? I know it varies of course but just wondering if there is an average. To give me hope and inspiration. THANKS.

Hi. Welcome to the comp board!

I've been comping since the end of September and probably enter between 200-300 comps a day and have won what's in my sig. The instant daily plays are good if you want things done quickly! Others do tend to take time with comp finishing, prize being sent out etc.

OMG! 200 to 300 a day, how long does that take? I spend a couple of hours in the evenings if I have time but am no where near that figure. I have only been comping a month and have just won two instant wins, skittles and chocolates. I also managed to get some John Frieda hair colour but then so did thousands of others, lol!
I guess I just hope I get lucky!:)

Do as many as you can so it is enjoyable but not a chore. I normally do a large amount in bulk then I can forget about it for a while. Stick with it and the wins will come

Yea, I'd go along with the last comper. I have no idea how you would fit in 200 - 300 per day! As for me, I manage between about 5 - 10 a day which I have been doing since the beginning of July. No wins yet, but I am still enjoying it.

Which puzzles do you enter ? Post /text/email or phone? Do you think any of these is better for wins than another ? THANKS again

I only enter the online entry comps, and there aren't 200-300 a day posted of them! I took a sample day and counted (last Wednesday), and there were 167 posted, and of them I entered nearly 60. I only enter the comps where I actually want the prize (either for myself or for Christmas), and I reckon on average (accounting for weekends being quieter and Mondays busier) I do around 50 - 75 a day, so about 300 a WEEK. I have a full time job, so I couldn't do more than that really even if there were more available I wanted to!
