Hi guys,
Hope you can help me, looking at buying a brand new home (East Midlands) but heard you cannot get it on 90% ltv due to lending policies. Is this right? if so whats the maximum ltv thats available? and where from?
Thanks for your help

Are you a First Time Buyer?
Do you haev the 10% deposit or is this made up of incentives from the developer?I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I'm not a first time buyer, i have a house to part exchange but got it when 100% interest only mortgages were possible, so no equity. I have the 10% in savings, not incentives.
Thanks
