Why are some people actually thanking Hamish's cretinous posts?
He is the most disingenous and inflammatory poster on this board.
More deserving of scorn and derision than thanks.

Back for more darling.
I knew you really loved me.
Dec 05 is irrelevant.
And ROS will reflect ESPC in the not to distant.
The fact is, this has already been discussed.

Ah. There you are darling. I should have known you'd come back to me.
Thanks for confirming theres very little difference to the ROS figures for october.
Which you posted a whole 6 posts ago, and was soundly dismissed, by none other than your new beau, just 4 posts ago. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -

No problem. (I'm not going to call you "darling" as I'm not homosexual. I hope you understand).
Anything to make it clear that it appears that prices are not getting anywhere near the Dec 05 figures:wall:

Thats OK darling. I'm pretty familiar with the facts, and have advised you accordingly.
You can choose to ignore them as you wish.
The really interesting thing, is how much you appear to care. :kisses3:0 -

I much prefer to believe the facts of ROSEA than the "geneer independant ignorant register".
I'm happy and confident with the facts having put my money where my mouth is and invested instead of waiting.
I'm happy with the facts that have seen my outstanding mortgages reduce dramatically over the period with the assistance of my tenants.
The proof is in the pudding as they say and quite possibly, my mortgages will be paid off before you consider dipping your toe into the market.
Good luck with your decisions though, I wish you all the best.:wall:

Im fairly certain you're wrong about that.IveSeenTheLight wrote: »Good luck with your decisions though, I wish you all the best.0 -

Well, the deciding factor is when you dip your toe isn't it (although I did say possibly)?
You've already waited 5 years, only to see prices £60k more than they were back then (dispute and try to twist the facts all you want).
How long do you intend to wait?
Certainly I could be mortgage free now if I chose to sell one of the BTL's at current market value.
That's not my plan though and I'm rapidly repaying the mortgages asssted by my tenants and with low interest rates.
Good luck again though, I think you'll need it:wall:
