Are tesco doing 3 for 2 toys?

hi

just wondering if anyone has heard whether tesco are planning on doing 3 for 2 on toys this year?

from looking at the dates last year it was around the 7th of november which if they did the same this year would be this weekend?

now we have all just about recovered from the sainsbury toy sale
would be nice to have another one to get excited about :eek:.

I asked one of the staff yesterday she said they usually do one ,and thought it would be in the next couple of weeks, hope shes right.

any more news on this? there are a few things i'm after and was hoping for 3 for 2 - is this unlikley to happen now that they are holding teh voucher exchange event?

I wouldn't be surprised if a 3 for 2 happens after the voucher double up event, just guessing though. If they do run a 3 for 2 promo in a couple of weeks, will they have any nice toys left in stock by then? I'm currently trying to buy with my doubled up vouchers and its taking forever as the site is so busy. Perhaps Santa has doubled up his clubcard vouchers too!!

Yes you can! You just need to make sure that when you exchange them you ask for them for Tesco Direct. You can either exchange online which seems to be taking quite a while for the evoucher to come through or you can go instore if you have one near to you.

i was told a few weeks ago by customer service that they thought 342 wasnt happening due to the double voucher promo. it had already started this time last year so i dont think it will, maybe it will later in the month!!!!

I asked today and they said toys should being going on a 3 for 2 not sure when though i would start of next month at a guess. I will try to find out more.

I'd be willing to bet that it'll start on or shortly after 6th December, once the double up promo has expired!
