I've just logged in and now its saying only one account per household which it never said before glitch.
Also in my orders for red steel its showing the full price has been taken with no discounts so £13.85.
Gonna check my credit card.
I think that's how it always is, seems like before all this was busted it didn't show the discount in an order if you checked your account online, but on the email they sent me there was a discount and they charged the discounted amount to my card.0 -
Cheers for that think it might come with the post this morning, fingers crossed

I had the same problem. If you just signed up now, and put your card details in for them to check your account, then wait a few minutes. And try the codes again, and as someone already mentioned, click on My Account after about 10 seconds or so, and you should have the £3. Worked for me. One of the codes doesn't seem to work at all anymore.
Hope this makes sense.

Basically I was 'lucky' enough to use both of the recent ShopTo £3 credit codes on a previous order despite not being a new customer.
Then couple of days ago I placed an order at full price. They took the money and then didn't send me the item.
Phoned them up today and they claim that because I had used the credit then they had taken it back my account was effectively in debt. If I wanted my item I would need to order again and pay the additional £6.
Well I wasn't having any of that and asked for a FULL refund to my paypal which they seem to have done.
It is annoying because I did need to the item and now my shopTo account is useless but most of all I just wanted to let other people know. Maybe it is just me but I suspect not.

Also having problems with this joke of a company, I used both vouchers and placed a pre order, after them taking the money twice and taking ages to refund one lot they have now cancelled my pre order with no explanation. I now have nearly £30 sitting in my shopto account which is no earthly good to me. I have sent a very strong worded email to them requesting that they refund me the money to my credit card.
I will not be shopping with them again, I know we took advantage of a glitch but it wasn't our fault the glitch was there!:mad:0 -
I managed to use the £3 code and got my order dispatched before they emailed me saying I wasn't allowed to use it.
I made an order last night only to find it had dissapeared from my account this morning. After calling them, the guy said it was due to the code I used. They had taken the £3 credit from my current order, leaving less that was needed for the game I just purchased.
So I have requested a full refund and closure of my account.
On the good side of things, still managed to keep the £3 credit from this glitch.
So to anyone who managed to use the £3 code, be aware that if you place another order, you will have to pay that £3 credit back!0 -
Well that's daft because that means they're not getting any repeat customers! I still have an account with credit on, maybe I'll try placing an order with an amount below my credit value so I don't have to pay anything and see what happens.0
