Went into The Works at the weekend and they had a large range of books £5 each or 3 for £10. There were all different kinds of books from Nursery Rhyme treasury's to actual story books all out on a table. If practice makes perfect, and nobody is perfect....................................
Why practice!:T0 -
Baker Ross do multipacks of toys, stocking fillers etc. Obviously there would be quite a lot of duplicates but you could mix them up, if each child gets 4 toys each then the fact that there are 12 of something in the class won't be so noticeable.
Watch the age recommendations as many toys have "over 3" age recommendation and some parents might be concerned if a 2-yo went home with them.
If the nursery registers via Easyfundraising.org.uk they will get a 3.75% Donation back from Baker Ross.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -
Dont have young children but Im sure you will find something in Home and Bargain if you have one locally0

Home Bargains is well worth a visit as they have loads of stuff for under £5.00. Another idea would be books from the Book People they do lots of childrens sets for £10.00 ish and you could split them up between the children.0

register yourself for the £5 debenhams vouchers (along with all the other adults at the nursery), they have loads of fiver gifts for little ones x0

Tesco were doing BOGOF on lovely childrens books - 'How to catch a star', We are all going on a bear hunt', The tiger who came to tea' to name a few - they are £5 each so £2.50 each if on BOGOF and you could maybe ask the parents if they already have it or let the kids choose one? Tesco may let you buy more than needed so there is plenty of choice for the kids and return un-needed ones?0
