    What you read and what happens really (any benefits) are two different things.

    We rent off our son and were quite open about it - he does not live with us, it is a properly drawn up lease and if we failed to pay he would insist that we quit (he couldn't afford the mortgage).

    Asking on the phone was a waste of time (they will quote what you read), make an appointment and let them see you!
