Hi Tixy & 3 Dogs.
4) Not a well known cartoon character (got cancelled after 2 series - i think only on Sky)
Coop - only i have a better waistline. (just)

5)I was never really interested in playing with balls... I guess it would need to be football. I don't follow a team so only really watch international games. Rugby can be a bit of a drudge sometimes although sometimes watch internationals (Scotland have a better chance of winning with rugby than football). But the Melrose sevens... that can be pretty exciting when you see the class teams playing. After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91

Update on Mam:
Brother took call from hospital about 9 this afternoon that said that bed was available at home this afternoon and ambulance booked for 2pm though it could be any time after that. I went down at 12 noon to assist with her meal to find her with her hand to her head, shielding her face. They had just that minute served her soup but she only ate about 4 spoonfulls. Her main meal was suasage casserole (3 sausages with baked beans actually) with mashed potato, and I cut up the sausages for her, but she only ate a little of the mash and some of the beans. She didn't even want her chocolate mouse - I coul donly just manage to get her to eat 3 little spoonfuls of that. This was quite a change to the previous few days, so we don't know if this was due to her cold she has, or if she had picked up on the move to the home.
Anyway, my sister went straight down to the home from work, arriving at 2 pm and being shown round by manager, then waited for us. My brother and I went down to hospital for 2 pm and ambulanceman came about 2.20 pm. All her stuff and new medicines had been packed up into a couple of bags, but we had a bit of a scare as her false teeth were missing, but we eventaully found them. My brother went down in the ambulance with her and I drove down in the car. They settled her in a chair in her room and then we went to do necessary paperwork with manager and discuss her requirements. We then spent some time with her but she was very tired and we asked them to put her to bed, and when she settled, we came home
My sister and I went back down at 6.30 pm till 7.30 pm to see how she had got on, but she slept all the time we were there, almost waking a couple of times then falling fast asleep again. We just talked and put some of her things away, then came home. We are all going down for 2 pm tomorrow to see the doctor there to discuss her careMr 3Dogs 3-7-12

I totally agree with you, at least in this country we also are allowed freedom to think and speak as we like, as long as its not offensive of courseEating sensibly to try and lose some weight0 -
Thats not good news about her not eating 3dogs, perhaps it is her cold affecting her though. What was your first impression of the home?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0

Aww thanks for the update 3dogs, at least your mam can settle at the care home. I would suspect it is the cold making her tired. hugs to you xxxEating sensibly to try and lose some weight0
