Hello :hello:
I am happy today. It is quite surprising as it has been so long that I haven't been able to feel anything. Just made long rambles into my diary and it seems that I am finally finding my way out of the tunnel.
DD still not well. I did drag her out today but she was better last night and this morning. She has now fallen asleep on the sofa. Only thing she ate (after eating about half of her meatballs in 1kea) was some tinned peaches. I have some nice chicken to tempt her with tomorrow. Might need to do some porridge with apple in the morning when she still has some appetite that seems to always disappear with the day getting older."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

Hello Marru,
Sorry to hear that your DD is still unwell but Porridge isnt the answer its YUK.. :rotfl:
Hope she feels alot better to see the new year in.0 -
My porridge is lovely, I chop some apple in it while it is cooking, yum yum...
I ordered some spelt porridge stuff from approved foods today and I am going to see if I can start doing it in SC over night so that we have brekkie ready when we wake up in the morning."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

Marru did you go to the doctor? were there any symptoms other than no appetite? this has happened for a few days now. There are lots of bugs going around at the moment i hope it goes soon.
will she drink fresh fruit juice? smoothie things? an easy way to give her some nutrition but it makes you hungry quickly.
Porridge has a stable release of carbs so a little fills you up, unlike cakes etc so it may be good.

Aww yes my next door neighbour has purchased food from AP before and says its very good.
Just dont mention Porridge to Andy when he comes online. It reminds me of Yuk potato. something from being a child0 -
Glad she likes porridge. I used to but i have been eating it since June and about one month ago i finally gave up. GP has been great and said they couldn't believe i had done it for so long.
I am eating cornflakes again. And so far sugars are good. hooray.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
She is drinking and I do manage to get her to eat in the mornings and she hasn't been sick. She refuses medication. So far I am not too worried as the temperature is not that high and always comes down during the night."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."
