Well, it's close of play in Melbourne with England in an excellent position - I hesitate to say unbeatable position as this is England after all!!! :eek:

Just come back from furniture shop. Ordered Sofas for downstairs. Not much of a saving but 1 years free credit. So will stick money in account and earn interest. V happy i think. Purple. House is apple white - i think. It goes. Delivery time is a bit slow though.

Bought some great Christmas cards for next year. Sister looked at tv for 5seconds and said is cable tv on? - i had turned off the router. She didn't even laugh at me or anything. I just started giggling (in a resigned way). I wont change will i? No telly for one week because i switched off one button. Reckon i can get a prize for this????

Kit, that is still MSE, to put the money in a high interest paying savings account, and take the interest, when you have to pay the loan back at the end of the year, you will be quids in

Delivery time is always slow with sofas, as they have to make them, and treat them. Treating so that if you spill drinks, wee on them - DS, Throw weetabix on them - DS, etc, it is easy to clean and doesn't spoil fabric.

You want a prize? DS got 3 xmas pressies from other people, guess who forgot to wrap them and give them to him? Just found one today, tidying the spare room! :eek:

Have you thought about the fact, you have probably had a lot on your mind, and are now just calming down and relaxing. That is why you are doing things like turning cable off and not realising?

By the way do you want to tell us what your dial looks like for setting the timer on your heating? Or have you fixed it?

Kit, what are you like!! at least you can have your TV back on now :rotfl: :rotfl: Lovely sofas, can't wait to sit on them Aureol is right, delivery times on sofas are always 8 - 12 weeks (unless you buy like us and can take them home from the auction the same day hehe :rotfl:) Bet you can't wait to see them in your housey :T :T

Yes those sofa's will go well with Kits colour scheme. a very good choice she made & so pleased for her.

Well i've not been out at all today as was so tired and slept most of the day. I may go out tomorrow but wont be for long as expecting a parcel to be deliverd which is for Kit. Xmas Lights for next year.

Yes Andy is back at work but was sent home 1 hr earlier today with hardly any work.

Btw i've added 3 more pics on FB.. :eek:

Viewd the pics - thanks for posting them - I've told you before to not talk to strangers, and that guy with the hat, big ears and tail, is very strange - thought you were shy? Seem to have made friends with him quick enough

Yes Andy was ment to come home at 6.30am instead they sent him home at 5.30am so tomorrow instead of him finnishing at 5.30am he will work till 6.30am so its just switched the days around with his hrs.
