Aww SW not sure whats happened but you trust people because you are a kind lovely person:A...if anyone is laughing then it says so much more about their shortcomings than yours.

Exactly SSA, as I said to her, it reflects more of their shortcomings, than hers :mad:Mr 3Dogs 3-7-12

In a funny way thats one thing that dragging myself out of debt taught me...that we `can rise above what others think of us` & that it is important to be yourself & not be affected by what is happening in other peoples minds.
Taken me 48 years to work that one out....:o
Anyway I sent you a PM...new email address opened. Shall just use that for moneysaving , voucher offers & surveys.
I wish I could save £10 a day like some people do but I don`t even have that in my budget0 -

Well said SSA - and at least you worked it out hun - many people dont, or won't
You don't save £10 a day SSA, you make £10 a day, that's £310 a month in January, £280 in Feb, and so on. Many people do £5 a day. If you get into the surveys, do some cashbacks, ebay things, car boots, etc it is possible to do it. And when you start to see some of it mounting up over the month/months, it gives you encouragement to do moreMr 3Dogs 3-7-12

My budget leaves nothing spare either SSA but I have to give myself a kick up the jacksy for the New Year to reassess things. I think we all assess things, set budgets, abide by them ....... and then slip into old habits
I don't think I have yet learnt the lesson of keeping to my budget for food shopping for example - I say I spend £XX on food, but if there is something else I want, I get it, and it comes from somewhere else. Like the money I should have been putting away for heating oil - then I didn't have the money for heating oil until Mr 3Dogs first Winter Fuel Allowance payment came, which meant no heating until two weeks ago - which meant him using one convector heater during the time I was away until just before I got back
So this year, we have to start setting money aside, in pots for things like the heating oil, vets bills, MOT, van repairs , emergencies, etc, or this just will not work yet againMr 3Dogs 3-7-12
