    Kit im sorry to hear about your red blood cells have been the last 90 days. You must eat healthy food... No more crisps, bacon, etc :(

    last naughty food shop will be arriving soon. i will ration myself to one pack of crisps a day. and for every pack of crisps i must have 3 pieces of fruit.

    Actually i am dying for some fruit hurry up Mr T.
