I saw that, but I like to hold a book in my hands to read it.
DH was going to buy me a kindle for xmas, he misread it and thought it came with over 3000 books already loaded and he was so excited as he knows how much I love to read and thought she won't have read all those books.
Then he found out it is £4 per book to download, so even more sipped off!
I did tell him there are free downloads and I know where to find them.
But his other mate... grrrr. said, she spends all day on a computer, what makes you think she wants to sit and read from one....
umm, I spend all day on a computer and come home and do it all over again!
but to be honest I do like to hold a book and read it, rather than a portable machine, so am in two minds about a kindle.0 -
