    Did anyone have problems getting 10% off and free delivery. i ordered 2 jackets came to £72.90 (when i confirmed to pay had 10% off and free delivery)

    Despatch note has charged me £4 delivery £76.90. queried it with customer services by email and got reply that as used 10% code cant use in conjunction with free delivery. Not happy as they have charged my credit card an amount i didnt agree to, so will be going back to customer services.

    Cant believe they can amend an amount i have agreed for them to charge to credit card - why didnt they stick on another £100 why they were at it.
