Lord of the Rings wireless sword tv game

Hello Folks,
been looking at this site and grabbed a few freebies, and overall become more alert when shopping so as a result I got a real bargain today and I thought to give something back by letting you know.

Been to Woolworths today to find a pressie for my son school friend birthday and found the Lord of The Rings (warrior of the middle earth) TV game *the one you plug on your TV and the kids can play using the wireless sword against the TV caracther* well WAS 39.99 now £4.99 £35.00 OFF ;) well pleased so I bought since it was the last one I kept it for my sons. I hope you can find one too!

Couple of possibles. First check the scart socket (assuming it uses one) for bent pins. If you have a bent pin, take it back. Secondly, it may be (and I appreciate this is unlikely) that the unit doesn't broadcast in PAL standard (the usual UK one) and your TV can't 'translate' the signal. Third is that it's knacked!

    hth!
