    Hi, it a BIG CON,

I have just bought some uggs from the same site and was sent a imitation uggs

AVOID PRESTA SHOP AS THEY CALL THEMSELVES, I HAVE JUST CONTACT WATCHDOG AND WAITING ON A RESPONSE

Without wanting to pour fuel on the fire...what do you expect whatchdog to do? It's quite clearly a spam site

clue 1 - 'powered by ugg boots tm' - what they build websites too?
clue 2 - the gmail email address - really? for a multi million pound business?
clue 3 - the spelling and wording issues under the custeomer service section
clue 4 - the price is too good to be true

I teach in a school and we teach kids to perform basic checks on websites - look for a privacy policy, ring any contact numbers if you are not sure, does the payment site have https at the front of it? etc etc the list goes on....

Hi I'm wondering if anyone can help me. I bought some uggs from uggbootsxmassale.com for £65.99. My friend looked at the site and said it's fake, a quick search on google confirmed it's definitely fake. I'm awaiting the goods (if they ever turn up) but since I bought it on a Visa Debit card would the banks cover me for a refund?
I feel angry grrrrrrrrr and cheated, especially since I'm a student and saved up months to buy a pair!!!
    Thanks for your help :)

Can you advise if you received any goods - albeit FAKE - sounds like simpler if no goods arrive for the credit card co to repay . If FAKE goods arrive you need to get 'proof' they are Fake .

HOWEVER i have not received an confirmation of order over email but i did receive an email saying welcome to our website you are now a VIP member.

Can someone help to see if they have just scammed me and i have now lost my money? I still don't know what i was thinking.

  • No word about mine yet . My credit card co told me if none received after 30 days they will instigate a refund - if the fake ones come - we will need to ask UGG to provide email evidence that they are fakes in order to get a refund

Hi i was just about too order from uggs2011.com then i looked on here, have you heared anything from them yet, or has anyone else heard about them or dealt with them?

    Tom

    Hi
I brought 2 pairs from a similar company and the same happened but i then got a letter from uk customs to say they had kept the uggs as they were fake and my bank wont pay out either, so be very careful, the cheapest place i found to buy was asos and i think there may be a discount code on this site too for them :)
