I think you'll be lucky to get one. Preorder quote then was 398, so now likely to be topping 1,000??? Plus they aren't going to turn people away. Maybe call them and remind them they need to save you one?

My oh, auntie works in asda so we are waiting for a text off her, also we called the local store and they told us wait till around 6pm for a reduced price n to call bk then. fingers crossed its a good deal!
everytime its asda that wins the price war on these COD games.x

oh got his at 8am this morning:) pre ordered with game online, he is over the moon! lol, he has been playing it most of the day! (im glad i investedin the turtle beach headphones, at least i dont have to hear the tv now, just his foul language!)

Anybody had any luck getting it early or it even saying dispatched from VERY?

I did the £25 off first order (using their account) jobby but it doesn't say dispatched yet.

I really hope it works out OK. I have heard bad things about Very - especially if using their discount codes, but it is my first order and I signed onto their credit account.

It would be a bargain at £23.95 if it works out

I was just going to post something similar regarding Very orders.
I have had the £48.95 taken out of my bank account last week and checked online today - the game isn't even showing as dispatched yet and i'm not holding my breath for the code being honoured as i didn't open a credit account, paid with debit card.
My husband isn't going to be very happy, he always has the game the day before release and now he'll be lucky to have it within the next few days.
I'm thinking of returning when it arrives and getting it somewhere else tomorrow. Where is looking like the best place please?

I'm really hoping Asda reduce the price on this but OH will be getting it at midnight regardless. We have money on gift cards from the amazing Fifa 10 trade deal but the less he needs to use of that, the more there is for me:money::D

If you buy the live pointswhich are £17.00 with black ops you get black ops for £25 making the purchase total £42.00 so you are basically getting the live points for £2.00 which is a good deal:T. Xbox live points are used to buy avatar items and arcade games which are released on the xbox just so you know:D

oh and dont forget you get your clubcard points too

It does say delivery by 09/11 so it should be sent out tonight/tomorrow morning.

I might ring them up to confirm the £25 off code was valid before I open it to ensure they don't try and get money back from me later on
