Wont work for me! Tried on my account and OH and cleared cookies! The £5 off code worked fine a few weeks ago! Random!

Me too - logged in first then added nappies, code is accepted no problems but no money comes off.

Can get it to work on my account and ordered some for dd, but not on the new one, seems anyone who recently signed up isn't able to use the codes?

Strange because I had the actual vouchers sent through so should be able to use it - will just use in store instead at least this thread reminded me I had them. Thanks OP

Hi MrsT do you have something else in your basket that is not allowed for store delivery? I once went through checkout and couldn't get a small item delivered to store but then realised in my last visit to boots.com i left a toddler furniture in there which stopped me from choosing store delivery. Sorry long explanation and it's probably not even that! LOL!

Hi ami thanks for reply. I only have nappies in basket so not that althou a good tip i will remember

In my last Boots Mother and Baby mailing, I received a voucher for £3 off, which I used in store. Alas, no money coming off with code so Im assuming it was the same code as the one I used and can only be used once.
