Another ftb with questions...

Hi,
I'm after some advice on housebuying issues...
Myself and my fiance have had an offer excepted on a house at £112k. We're going to see the mortgage advisor tomorrow and apply for the mortgage, we're on a combined salary of just over £34k. We've got a deposit of £15k, although we could stretch to 15% at a push- just dont want to leave ourselves too short. I have £400 on a credit card, and I'm £800 into my overdraft. Is that likely to affect th application?
