    As JCS1 says, this is your oppurtunity to tell the OR exactly what has happened, it is their job to investigate the bankruptcy and welcome any information provided

    I'm wondering whether or not it would be possable to attach the £10k to his house. that way, if it gets sold, you would get your cash back.

    Only if a final charging order was made prior to the BR. At the moment, it appears to be classed as an unsecured loan and so therefore is included in the BR.
