thanks for this have ordered the sample for my cats....

I received 2 samples today of the dog food and neither had the postage paid... delivered to my work and i had to pay £3.12 for each package. Our reception staff were also not impressed with the extra hassle it caused them..

I rang the company and they gave me a freepost address to post back the unfranked/stamped envelope, and they then refunded me the postage. Well done to them!

the sample request bit has gone now...seems like they dont want to give out the samples any more....i never received mine at all from them, niether did my mum or my friends...seems like they are picking and choosing who they want to send them to and not bothering with everyone...i did send them a polite question asking them about the sample and whn can i expect it as i ordered it a long time ago and didnt even get a reply which is pretty rude really...
