I think alot of people just dismiss waitrose out of hand for being exspensive. Yes it is if you do a main shop there but i often pick up bargains that other bargain hunters have missed for not trying
. They do alot more bogof and half price offers nowadays i am sure.
When they mark stuff down in the toiletries its always decent not stupid 20p off markdowns like sainsburys for instance. i made a gift hamper for a new mum goodies for £2.50 full price would have been just over tenner.
Vegtables and fruit are often marked right down even at 2pm which was fab for 50p strawberries and 75p raspberries last month.0
