I received most of my DVDs today and the individual note in my disney one stated the full price. I will go to the bank tomorrow to see how much they have actually taken out. As my confirmation email says it will take out £33ish, if they have charged me the full amount it will come to around £40. Then I will contact them, but hopefully it has all gone through as stated on my confirmation email.£2 Savers club started 30/09/06.... £I raided it

Yep - they had charged me the full price.
But phoned them and they were very nice and refunded the difference immediately.

Am I right in thinking you have to put in an order for the price listed on the site, but get an email confirmation with the lower price?
If so, to check it's working you have to order one?0 -
When i put my order in the price showing in my basket and email conformation was £7.99 for Narina. They have now refunded my money as when it arrived it was invoiced at £15.99. So as long as you ahve the email confirming that Play charged you the lower price then they will refund the difference0
