  • Hi,Im sorry if I'm being a bit vague, but there are a few things I'm not sure about myself and I don't find it easy to discuss my failings with anyone and more so complete strangers. The van was a 4yr lease purchase for my business, taken on in july 05.When I ceased trading I was told handing it back was not an option. The natwest loan was a consolidation loan to get me out of trouble back in april, repayments at £360 per month over 10 yrs.No payments have been made for august, sept,or oct.The £520 housekeeping is for food etc, living costs are day to day expenses like, lunches, newspapers etc. There are of course other charges like mot,tax and servicing etc that I can't put a definite figure on.I am going to contact cccs tomorrow.I've done it online, but the reply was that because I've been self-employed recently they can't help online,I have to call them.I hope this is a bit clearer, and I do apologise again becase as I already said,I'm finding it difficult to deal with this and the domestic situation caused by it.

    Brownbear,

No-one is here to judge you, merely to help. Yes, it can be nerve-wrecking to come on line and spill your guts out to a load of strangers, but at the same time some of us find it easier to talk to strangers than to talk to our families. We're all in the same boat on here (it's a wonder we've not sunk yet, there's so many of us!), and a fresh set of eyes on a situation can find a way out that you possibly can't see yourself. Multiply that by 100's of fresh eyes looking at it, and suddenly the way out can get a whole lot clearer.

By coming on here, you've taken the first of many steps to sorting the whole mess out, so big pat on the back to you. It's not easy - if it was, we'd all have sorted ourselves out yonks ago.

Good luck, and don't be put off!
BCSC # 9 and proud!
