looking to buy a sofa from CLS....do you think its worth waiting for christmas sale?

hi everyone
i am looking to buy a sofa for my lounge..have had a good look around all teh store like dfs SCS ,Harvey ,Dwell but due to size specifications i have there are only three sofas that i can buy.two are in dfs and there is one in CLS that i like.can anyone please help if its worth waiting for teh christmas sale so that these sofas are half price or any cheaper as its an expensive purchase ?i asked the shop assistants and they said " we dont knwo cant say anything".i am bit confused now as i dont want to buy now and then regret if teh sofa goes half price in sale.does anyone know iD CLS OR DFS do any good sale in christmas...any help with be highly appreciated regards zunaira:):):):)

Well the sales are on year round, but most furniture stores have their biggest sale in January, ime.Member of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19

many thanks for reply ..as the sofa will to made to order in a different leather colour do you think they will do that in sale price ...i know you are not and expert but any help will be appreciated0

Don't forget that VAT is rising to 20% in January - make sure this doesn't cancel out any extra saving from a post-Xmas sale (oe spend Boxing Day waiting for the sales to start!)0
