Need to get a new TV

My tv is on it's last legs as the panel has gone so now all I get is a vertical block of colour over 1/4 of the screen! Only 4 years old so need to find a decent make this time.
It's for my room (I live with parents) Want Freeview/HD and will link it to my dvd recorder and sky multiroom box. Would like widescreen.
Current one is 19" which fits in fine, could maybe go to 22"
Not sure where to start there are so many out there, budget of £250 but don't need to spend all that.
Has anyone got Sony Bravia or are LG any good?
Thanks for any replies I shall try the small independant electrical store nearby and got the usual big name stores not too far away or could go online. Need to get one by next weekend really.

Here's 3 to look at, all from Amazon. I could only find them cheaper elsewhere from unreliable companies. All prices include delivery.
