Well my HHC went ever so well :j

It really is motivating knowing I am announcing I will be doing something and then coming back here and sharing what has been done.

    I have got done;

Washing up- washed, dried up and put away
    Cleaned and scrubbed out bathroom
Put all hair bobbles/clips back in bedroom on holder (turned a spare kitchen roll holder into a hair bobble holder after getting sick and tired of loosing them)
Cleaned all the gunk out of bath plug  (bleugh)
    Cleaned hairbrush
Sorted out all christmas pressies into a big bag and box instead of random carrier bags
Wrapped last eBay item for posting
    Tidied hotspot - dining table
Swept kitchen and bathroom and Hoovered the rest of rooms

    :T:T

Bit late updating as just had afternoon coffee and natter with mum. I am now going to rest for a bit with wheat bag and tv as gallbladder is tender then have a shower. My hair is long and thick so needs lots of time to dry before I go out tonight and I hate using a hair dryer as it turns into a real mess.
The plan post shower is to sit in my pyjamas and dressing gown and do some studying for an hour too. Maybe :rotfl:

Hope all the love and hugs has helped you feel better Lamewolf there is nothing worse than a bad night/daymare.Ta-ta for now

The old Pc is nicely doing it's thing. Whilst i've been waiting i've taken the dry washing off the airer and put it away, and put Ds2's curtains over the banister and airer to dry.

    Lamewolf <<<<HUGS>>>>

i will be back later as i have just noticed how dark it is and there's washing on the line eeep
Go hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last
  • Still got a horrible cold but as DH is working from home at the moment he made lunch while DD2 and I did jigsaw puzzles then made me have a lie down when DD2 did. He's also been doing lots of washing too. He is definately in the good books at the moment!

But before my lie down I did do the bathroom so I'll update my list I think:

Monday ~ Kitchen and Dining area
    Level One
    Sweep and mop the floor
    Clear and wipe worksurfaces
    Level Two
Wipe fronts of appliances and units
    Level Three
    Clean the oven and hob..

    Extras
    1. Sock pairing... fling all those without brothers!
    2. Wipe tiles/grotty marks from walls
    3. Thoroughly clean out the cupboard with pet food OR under the sink!
Tuesday ~ Living room, Hallway and Porch!
    Level One
Find the floor!! Even under the shoe and coat racks!
    Vacuum/Sweep/Mop
    Level Two
    Vacuum and wipe sofas
    Level Three
    Dust and deweb
Wipe radiator and defluff behind (sock on a stick!!)

    Extras

    1. Check when insurance policies are up for renewal and make a note on the calendar to remind yourself, many companies now do not tell you when you are coming to the end of your term.
Wednesday ~ Bathroom, Study and Stairs!
Check smoke alarms!.. replace batteries if needed and replace alarms if broken.. don't forget rooms with high sleepers must also have alarms.. smoke rises and thoe higher up will die before those in normal beds!
    Level Three
Wipe ALL the upstairs doors and frames.. don't forget the tops!
Collect all the laundry from upstairs
Clear and wipe the desk. do relevant filing/shredding etc
    Extras
    1. HHI
    2. Catch up on phonecalls/letters/emails, etc you keep forgetting/neglecting to do!
    3. Do a mini-job you have been putting off forever.. an email or letter or whatever!
Still lots to do but I'm on a bit of a dot to dot ((R) A&W's mum) approach at the moment. It's improving slowly. The major thing I need to do is IRON, IRON, IRON, and put away washing. There seems to be so much of it everywhere.

Need to do an early tea as DD2 has got a swimming lesson so we're having spaghetti carbonara. Got half an hour until I need to cook so I might get something else off the list done.

    Hugs to Lamewolf

HHC turned into 45 mins as DS made a "mess" I had to clear up, luckily it wasn't too bad and as we were in the bathroom anyway made clearing up easy! Anyway, bathroom now clean as a new pin and gave the lappy a wipe over. Will check the list for more I can do today but watching DS2, who has just worked out how to bash things hanging from his play arch, is much more fun :)

Collected DS from school who was in tears, not sure why. I filched a rice cake off another mum and he cheered up immensly. He has a present and card congratulating him on arrival of his brother from the head SEN teacher. I am probably being a bit sensitive but said baby is nothing to do with me and me and ex had problems in that area. Not blaming her, just made me feel a bit sad. I didn't realise how much "baby attention" I would get, in the playground as well.

Anyway, swimming tonight and no car anymore so will probably bus it there and taxi back. It's a bit too far for DS to walk, especially as he is active in the pool, whereas I am not so active in the cafe :D.

    To do:
    research bus times
    put ironing board away
tidy bedroom a bit as lovely OH is coming over
set alarm earlier as it is "Greek Day" at school tomorrow and they start at half 8. DS refusing to dress up so I don't need to make a toga :j
dinner - hmmm, maybe something on toast after swimming, I've never managed to get the timing sorted on Wednesday evenings

That should do me for now.
