This is not a good start to the month as I have to shop today and tomorrow. The reason being I need some stuff today and need to go to the PO to post some broken gold away. Unfortunately I also need to get a prescription which is in the opposite direction and as I am not allowed to drive (health issues) I have to walk and cannot do both in one day.

So I hear you say do your shopping in one supermarket but to get the best prices I need to use both. Bah:(

    Ok folks, I'm back!

Christmas cake in the oven, have made a batch of hummus to take for lunch the next couple of days (with oatcakes, yum) done all the washing up and peeled the tatties for tonight!
I feel justified spending the rest of the day watching telly that I've recorded and knitting;) I'm going to watch the last episode of Single Father from last night. I must say I wasnt a keen fan of David Tennant till I watched this - he's brilliant in it, plus he's very easy on the eye!;)

Have a lovely day everyone - good luck to all with this month
and finally.............. a HUGE thanks to SPOON, your hard work and encouragement fair brightens my day:A:A:A

you will always be rich enough to be generous.

Well there we have it - its November confused0020.gif How did that happen, its ok Elf calm down no need to panic scared0016.gif

Well I did seriously better than I had expected last month (considering it was my first attempt and I had no idea what I could/couldnt manage) soooooooo could I please be put down for 15 this month Spoony? I started at a target of 10 last month and managed a pretty reasonable (for me anyway) 17 in the end. I am tempted to say 17 but I will be heading to Glasgow this month to do some shopping AND we have a few birthdays coming up (a few?? Who am I kidding - we've got loads scared0004.gif) so I think if I manage the 15 I'll be pleased!

Last month was my first and I would like to thank you all for being such a [STRIKE]nutty[/STRIKE] lovely bunch and would like to especially thank Spoony for all the hard work she puts in for us!!

Right well I am off to get cleaning just now (and maybe even shower ashamed0003.gif). Plans for the day are to get a freecyle item away to its new owner, clean up my[STRIKE] palace[/STRIKE] flat, collect DS from nursery then have a quick dinner before heading back to DS nursery for a parents evening. My lovely mummy is coming over after dinner to look after DS, bath him and maybe even put him to bed depending on how long the parents evening will take...........
