private lenders

in Loans
need an advise please- i recently applied for a loan from one of these private lenders & was asked to pay my first monthly re-payment in advance before the loan could be transfered into my bank account. Could this be a scam?

    Yes. No reputable lender asks for a payment before you've even received the loan. Avoid at all costs.
    I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.

    Yes.

    mate, total scam, sometimes there is a small upfront payment like a tenner MAXIMUM!! - the first payment? what are you paying for if you didnt recieve anything?!
