Disappointed about Dragonball - bet it will be on website at the weekend once all orders have been cancelled.

hi - I ordered both and saw that dragonaball was cancelled on my order when i checked my account - no previous email etc to say that they had done it - so I phoned CS and the lady said that they wont be getting anymore from the supplier ever thats why they cancelled that item. I said If I saw it on their website ever again then I would want it for the same price and she said that it would be advertised at the price of £2.84 again if it ever came in - so going to have a look now !!

Mine also cancelled, amazing i spoke to them yesterday and they didn't know if they would be getting more stock, 9am this morn rest of order delivered so they must have known yesterday:rolleyes:

Hi,

I ordered Sitting Ducks, Dragonball and WWE Survivor Series on 30th September. My order has now been whittled down to just WWE, which is (still) out of stock. Tesco are a bit rubbish like this - had a problem with ordering Fifa Street 2 for Gamecube back in July, which duly got cancelled by them due to subsequently being "out of stock". I placed the orders on the basis that the stuff was in stock, isn't that how it's supposed to work? If it's out of stock, why not tell us when we order? :rolleyes:

:mad: Been online to check my order and Dragonball has been cancelled. Rang customer services and asked why they don't bother to email customers to let them know, and got a "oh sorry" reply asked about other game as it states due in on 18/10/06 and they didn't know so replied "must still be due in". Another cancellation looming or will thry fulfill the orders as it is back on their site at full price? I wonder!!!!

E-mail today. Both Dragonball and Wrestling unavailalable so order cancelled. Have to let the kids watch tv on my free Bush freebox box. He who laughs last ................

At last they respond to my email, only to apologise, but not giving me any answers to my questions, so here goes email number two!!!!! oh and yes they have now cancelled the second half of my order.

I ordered Dragon Ball. sitting ducks and wwe on 21 September my delivery was due w/c 28th September all three games arrived as stated.

I ordered on 15th oct - half of order cancelled still but no game - phoned today and cs said that the £28 game will not be in stock as well until new stock arrives, I pointed out the fact that I had ordered mine for £2 odd and surely if the game at £28 odd has a shopping basket by it, then it would be in stock and she said no it is out of stock as well - my question is has any1 ordered it at full price and got it after the 15th oct when apparently it was out of stock(convenient)!!!???

I ordered it at £2 odd and it has been delivered . This was early October.
