Tax rebate - self employed

Good afternoon, I have completed and filed my self employed self assessment form and I am due a largish tax rebate :T - does any one know how HMRC will take to pay it? Its for the tax year 2009/10 and yes I am completely up to date on my payments.

In what manner - online or paper (as we've just hit the filing date for the latter).
If online - then it should be during next week, unless the 'largish' sum causes it to be picked up for a security check.
If paper - expect months!.If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0 -
Yes filed it online so hopefully will get it in the next few days/weeks, its only £3k. Thanks for your reply.0
