Well i have never ever wrote to any creditor in my life.

As for the last activity (when i last paid) how would i find this out or could i use the last delinquent date for this?

If you are unsure then the advice is the same , just sit tight untill you are sure , wait it out , then send a statute barred letter .

Not unless you have statements detailing your payments , obviously you have not , so sit tight untill you are positive .

Buy a ROTOR bunker and live in there for a year, when you emerge, send a recorded letter to your creditors to get knotted.

If a nuclear apocalypse has happened in the meantime, get a car and start searching for the last remaining fuel because those DCAs will not give up, even if you nuke them.
