Well i have never ever wrote to any creditor in my life.
As for the last activity (when i last paid) how would i find this out or could i use the last delinquent date for this?0 -
Anybody any ideas with regards to the above?

If you are unsure then the advice is the same , just sit tight untill you are sure , wait it out , then send a statute barred letter .Anybody any ideas with regards to the above?

Not unless you have statements detailing your payments , obviously you have not , so sit tight untill you are positive .I understand you saying wait it out if i am unsure but is there any way of knowing for sure?GRADUATED FIRST CLASS WITH HONORS FROM THE SCHOOL OF HARD KNOCKS RECOMENDED READ IF BY RUDYARD KIPLING0 -
Buy a ROTOR bunker and live in there for a year, when you emerge, send a recorded letter to your creditors to get knotted.
