Can I use opened pickling vinegar?

Hello,
I've been preparing this year's pickled onions and I have some unused vinegar left from last year - about 3/4 of a big jar (Sarsons Pickling Vinegar). Is there any reason for me not to use this for my new batch?
I'm wondering if it will have lost its strength.

i would of thought it would be fine
if it hasnt been used before, i use edes pickling vinegar, its also a great table vinegar so never gets wasted One day I will live in a cabin in the woods0 -
