Why not buy a £90,000 house in need of refurbishment for cash. Spend £10,000 refurbishing it and as long as you've bought right and done the right works, it should be worth £110,000 to £125,000. That way you get a £125k rental house without all the costs and hastles of getting a mortgage.0
