Hi Markyb, I take it you have received a creditors petition for bankruptcy, THey may have the business wrong, but that wont stop the judge making a bankruptcy order. All you can do is contact the lender and agree a repayment plan if you can or go to the hearing and dispute the debt if you have valid grounds

ok then attend the hearing, tell the judge, and as soon as the order is granted contact the Official Receiver that is appointed and tell them what is happening, they will then have no need to go to your work place

Sorry, don't really know what to advise, but didn't want to read and run....
I would think you need to go to court on the date with the paperwork you mentioned and prove your employment status in court. Get some advise from the debt charities just as you would if you were petitioning for bankruptcy and make sure this is the right thing to happen in your circumstances.
    :D
  • can any bailiffs turn up befor this date, becus who do i tell this is not my business and i only work their ???

i dont wanna lose my job
