    Thanks everyone. Off to see them in the morning.
  • This may be a bit late but the issue of signing on their premises reminds me of when I was involved with car sales. We were not allowed to get a customer to sign any documentation away from the showroom as it was the address licenced for such business. Any breach of this could have lead to legal actio against us. A bit like a pub has a licence to sell liquor from the specified premises only.

    Sorry Smudge2006 you are wrong! Black Horse is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lloyds TSB. More importantly, they would not be allowed to use the Black Horse logo if they weren't!!
